10x lucky VVIP ticket holders will have the opportunity to meet all the artists, take a 1:1 photo, soundcheck pass and more! The winners will be announced on 15 January 2024 through Another Levell's instagram (@anotherlevellofficial) and via email from "[email protected]".

Good to know:

• Plastic tickets, extra costs apply.
• TixTaQ reserves the right to issue only one plastic ticket in all cases.
• Login to your account to access your event ticket.

Required documents:

• Ticket in a wallet for scanning.
• Buyer's ID Card/Passport.
• Lost Document Report from Police Station.
• The Box office opens before the show starts.

These terms and conditions may overrule or add to any existing terms and conditions:

1. Buy your ticket on TixTaQ only. TixTaQ is not liable for any damages when buying tickets on another channel.
2. TixTaQ, TixTaQ staff or the organizers' decisions are always final.
3. The use of advertising or organizing promotional activities for selling tickets is prohibited and is illegal.
4. TixTaQ has not appointed resellers, and (overpriced) reselling or transferring tickets is strictly forbidden.
5. Each ticket purchase is limited to eight (8) tickets per one (1) ID card.
6. TixTaQ adds 25 Baht service fees and a 3% credit card to the ticket price.
7. Plastic collectable tickets will have a surcharge of 20 Baht.
8. Ticket sales are final and non-refundable or exchangeable for cash.
9. Ticket buyers must be 18 years of age to purchase tickets. Access to the event under 18 years old is only possible under the guidance of a parent or legal guardian.
10. Show a valid and original ID Card to avoid check-in delays. Foreigners, bring your passport.
11. If you have tickets for more people in your account, you must simultaneously enter them.
12. Screen captures or other posts from confidential information, ticket, booking or payment details online, from yourself or others, is strictly forbidden.
13. TixTaQ Staff is authorized to deny access to the event without reason. No refund or compensation applies.
14. TixTaQ Staff will deny any ticketholder access who provokes the concert's rules and regulations.
15. TixTaQ staff is authorized to cancel entrance in case of any falsified, incorrect, duplicated or copied documents.
16. TixTaQ always has the right to assign another seat without reason for the same price.
17. Large bags, objects, weapons or the use of drugs is strictly forbidden.

In case of event cancellation or postponement, Another Levell, who is the event promoter, will be responsible for any refunds or claims that may occur.
